BUX BV is regularly registered with the Regafi financial agents register. The broker is therefore fully authorized by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority or ACPR to offer its services in France. However, for the moment, this authorization is limited to trading stocks and ETFs available from the BUX Zero application.
BUX Financial Services Limited, which operates the BUX X brand, is regulated in the United Kingdom. Following Brexit, its license no longer allows it to welcome new users from the EU. However, at the time of writing this review, the BUX broker is in the process of obtaining a European license allowing it to once again offer CFD trading in France and the rest of Europe.

While BUX's head office is located in the Netherlands, the broker is also present in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, he is not represented in France.

Customer Service Notice
In the following table, we have collected some opinions given by BUX users on its customer service.
BUX Customer Reviews | Customer Notes
Michael Amodeo's review of BUX | Very fast and pleasant customer service, instructions in French and with a touch of humour. The app clearly informs about risks and opportunities. Commissions are minimal and limited. I have nothing to add except the reduced time on the action on the stock market of certain companies (sometimes not visible beyond 6 months or even 3 months) which reduces the possibilities of prevention.
BUX review by Didi M. | Unable to delete account. Non-existent customer service. I am still waiting for an answer to delete my account..
BUX review by Didier Georges | Application to flee! Non-existent customer service, more than 20 emails sent, still no response to a simple question!!! |
